Is Evenflow the same as my restaurant’s club?
Evenflow is the platform behind the club. Your restaurant sets its own offers and VIP benefits. Your rewards belong to the restaurant where you earned them.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Open the club in your phone’s browser. You can add it to your Home Screen or save a supported membership card to your phone’s Wallet.
When do I get my discount?
Scan the QR at your table or the takeaway counter and complete check-in while an offer is available. Your visit screen confirms what you’ve secured. Signing in on its own does not claim a scheduled offer.
How do rewards work?
The discount comes off the bill first. You can then use available reward credit, within the restaurant’s redemption cap. New credit is calculated on what you pay and added after staff confirm payment. See your restaurant’s program terms for its rules.
